About this print version

Ageing is not a disease; it's an inevitable part of life. However, we can influence how we age, and how we feel and look as we grow older. There are natural and healthy ways of remaining robust and lively, and looking good. By eating sensibly and supplementing our diet with tissue salts we can slow the ageing process, promote vitality, and enhance health.

Margaret Roberts studied and used tissue salts for more than 50 years. In this book 12 essential salts are discussed, with particular reference to their anti-ageing properties. Advice on treating specific ailments and supplementing our tissue salt levels by means of diet is also given. The book includes recipes for juices, teas, lotions, and creams that naturally contain these rejuvenating salts, and there is an 'ailment chart' for quick reference.

An indispensable guide for anyone over 40 who is interested in health, wellness, and using natural remedies to ease the effects of ageing.

Best Book onTissue (Cell) Salts

I was so pleased to discover Anti-Ageing Tissue Salts. Although all of the half dozen books on cell salts that I own provide generally good descriptions of the benefits of the 12 cell salts, only Margaret Roberts' book suggests actual dosage amounts for ailments . She references tablets made by a company where she lived in South Africa. I translate that 1 tablet is equal to 2 of Jackson's pellets. Her suggested remedies, teas, etc., have been served me well. Her index of ailments in the back of the book is simply the best. I highly recommend this book to anyone interested in homeopathic remedies.

Really like this book

Really like this book. It feels more 'real life' than others, in that when in the thick of things....you may want to focus on your treatment salts. The ailment chart at the back that notes the cell salt number is such a lovely quick reference.
