Silica helped me with thin brittle finger nails. After taking these cell salts my nails are now strong and do not show the peeling they had before. I'm so glad I was directed to buy them. I much prefer a natural way to solve the issue.

The 5 in 1 Phosphates work really well for me to get to sleep and/or back to sleep if I have woken up at 2 or 3 a.m. They do not leave any tired feelings if sleep is not in the cards. I am really happy with them.
