I have great difficulty sleeping. It has been a problem for years. I love the 5 in 1 phosphate combination because it helps to calm my nerves so that I can settle down and fall asleep. I always keep it handy.

I first came across Jackson's cell salts a couple years and have been using them for a year and 1/2 now. They absolutely make a difference, and I can tell when I forget to take them. I've been doing labor work for a while now, and at my age, it's getting more and more difficult. These, along with a clean electrolyte solution help me to get through the hard days. They also contribute to better recovery on the weekends. Additionally, I sometimes suffer from leg cramps and/or headaches, and the cell salts have a positive effect on both, along with sufficient hydration. I can highly recommend them based on my experience.
