How do I get started using cell salts for my digestive health?

When you're unsure which cell salt to use for improving your digestion, try following a simple cell salt protocol. Cycle between 3 recommended cell salts based on your digestive health. This approach can help clear up impurities naturally. Additionally, it can give you a better sense of which cell salt may be the most suitable for you moving forward, whether it's needed for long-term use or just for maintenance.

Cell Salts to Cycle for Digestive Balance: #9 Nat mur 6X, #10 Nat phos 6X, #11 Nat sulph 6X

Some notes before starting (and especially if you have a sensitive constitution):

  1. Go Slowly: Start with one cell salt and see how you respond.
  2. Reduce the Dose: Begin with 2 pellets instead of standard adult dose of 4.
  3. Dissolve Dose in Water: Stir 2-4 pellets in 50 ml of water. Hold the solution in your mouth for 15-30 seconds before swallowing. 
  4. Allow Time for Absorption: Wait 15 minutes before and after taking the remedy before eating or drinking. Water is fine.
  5. Use a Pure Cell Salt Brand: Opt for brands with minimal fillers and ingredients you may be sensitive to (e.g. lactose).

Nine-week protocol:

Cell Salt Rotation:

Take one cell salt for one week at a time. Rotate through all three different cell salts, using one per week. Complete the full cycle of all three salts three times, for a total of 9 weeks.

Dosage Instructions:

For each cell salt, take 4 pellets three times daily (morning, afternoon, and evening) for 5 days.
Rest for 2 days (e.g., take the cell salt Monday through Friday, then skip the weekend).

Things to consider once beginning:

  • Reduce or stop taking completely if your digestion improves significantly before the end of the protocol. Resume taking if symptoms return.
  • If you notice a significant improvement with one cell salt, consider taking it a bit longer (2-3 weeks instead of 1 week).
