I give this to my son before I wake him up and he is less groggy and mean-spirited. Also given when lips are dry with Crack in middle and other signs of dehydration. When too much salt has been consumed, nat mur helps.

After the brand I used to use made their bottles smaller and priced higher, I came across Jacksons Naturals. At first I thought the sucrose pills would be hard and take a long time to dissolve in the mouth (I was used to the fast dissolving lactose tablets), I was pleasantly surprised that they do dissolve quickly! I'm taking Kali Sulph for a skin condition, and cell salts do take some time to correct the deficiency, so patience is key to using them. They work wonders though, and I'm already seeing benefit after only a few weeks using this brand!

This is a good quality product, and I have also used other Jackson cell salts. I take this 12 in ` daily and in seems to make a significant difference in keeping me healthy and balanced. Recommended.
