FAQ: Do you offer any guarantees?
We can guarantee the quality, safety, purity, and potency of Jackson’s Cell Salts. They are made according to the Homeopathic Pharmacopiea of the United States (HPUS) with ingredients that meet our strict standards for purity. On the front of each bottle there is a DIN-HM number which means it is licensed as a homeopathic medicine in Canada. The manufacturer, the labelling, the ingredients, the methods for production; everything has been approved by them before they were available for sale.
We can also guarantee that when stored properly in Jackson's amber glass bottles, the potency of our cell salts won’t degrade over time from UV exposure or from interacting with the packaging materials they are in. This is a very real problem for homeopathic remedies that cannot be underestimated.
However, when it comes to health outcomes, a company should never make guarantees. There is a reason why health practitioners (conventional or otherwise) are prohibited from doing it in their practice by their Code of Ethics. Everybody is different and responds differently to different medicines and health products. There is often no way of knowing how someone will respond to a product until they take it.
This is even more true of homeopathic remedies like cell salts. An individual salt or combinations of salts might work for one person but not the other. The idea of individuality and customized remedy selection is a central tenet to homeopathic philosophy and usually the basis of a successful remedy prescription.
