This is the only thing that helps calm my arrhythmia. I never thought it was possible - doctors said I would have this for life. But I don't. !! A few weeks ago I banged my thumb, I used arnica for the bruising and accumulated blood under the nail has moved very fast towards the end of my nail compared to the last time this happened. So grateful that this will be dissipating sooner than later
Also, at yoga on Friday, we did an exercise that opened up the thoracic cage, and Friday night I could feel all the attention between my shoulder blades.
