Medicinal ingredients
Avena sativa 3X, Kali phosphoricum 6X
Homeopathic remedies prepared according to the Homeopathic Pharmacopeia of the United States (HPUS).

Purified water, 20% ethanol (non-GMO sugarcane).
Quantity
30ml
Directions:
Adults and adolescents 12 and over: Take 12 to 20 drops, 1 to 3 times a day.
Shake well before use. Take orally or dilute in a small amount of water and drink. Acute dosing: Every 15-60 minutes (up to 12 times per day) or until improvement of symptoms. Then resume general dosing.

It's only been a month or so since i started using both products so i think it's a little early yet as i know it can take a long time for these natural products to make an impact on anyone. I have been in good health my entire life only because i stay clear of the allopathic community imo, Nobody i know that subscribes to their nonsense has done well especially in the last 2.5 years.
